Deputy Warden Bill Briscoe

Deputy Warden William E. Briscoe began his Corrections career in October 1986 as a Correctional Officer at the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex. He transferred to the Kentucky State Reformatory and progressed through the ranks to Correctional Lieutenant. In November 1994, he joined the Division of Corrections Training and served as Training Instructor as the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex and at the Corrections Training Center in Louisville. He was promoted to Corrections Unit Administrator II at the Blackburn Correctional Complex in December 1999. In October 2000, he was promoted to Deputy Warden II.
