Deputy Warden of Security Robert DeBoe

Robert DeBoe is a native of Crittenden County Kentucky.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Mid-Continent College.  He has 22 years of state service at the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex.   DeBoe began his career as a Correctional Officer at Western Kentucky Correctional Complex on December 1, 1982.  He was promoted to Sergeant on July 1,1984, to Lieutenant on April 1, 1987, and to Captain on September 1, 1989.  On July 16, 1997,  He was promoted to Unit Administrator II where he supervised the Medical Department, Recreation Department, Religious Services, and the Classification Department.  He also served as the institution's Correctional Emergency Response Team Commander for two years.  He was promoted to Deputy Warden on February 16, 1999 and assigned to programs and support services before his current assignment as Deputy Warden of Security.

He has 17 years of service in the Kentucky Army National Guard, is married and has three children.
